Your body is meant to move. Useful exercise doesn’t have to require great effort. Vigorous exercise can injure women who aren’t usually active. Routine physical activity can get your body protected. Home chores like vacuuming, washing windows, weeding, carrying the baby, and climbing stairs help maintain and tone the body. Even moderate exercise helps prevent disabling sickness such as obesity, diabetes, depression, osteoporosis, heart disease, and high blood pressure.

Benefits from physical exercise make you feel better about yourself. When you exercise you increase flexibility, prevent disease, gain energy, feel more jubilant, improve heart rate, decrease depression, and etc.
